ROTC Benefits

Air Force ROTC has many benefits for cadets contracted in the program.

Upon graduation and successful completion of Air Force ROTC, one receives a commission as a Second Lieutenant in the United States Air Force or United States Space Force. One will then have a mandatory service commitment of four years as a line officer, six years if selected to be a Combat Systems Officer (CSO), Air Battle Manager (ABM), or Remotely Piloted Aircraft (RPA) Pilot, and ten years if selected to be a Pilot (manned aircraft). Once on active duty, one will receive all of the following benefits:
